Poetic's Three-Year Limited Warranty
Poetic, a Poetic Cases Inc brand, warrants the Poetic Brand of Products against defects in material or workmanship for a period three (3) years from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer through an authorized Poetic dealer. Poetic does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone, tablet or other device made by any manufacturer other than Poetic. If a defect arises in the materials or workmanship warranted by Poetic, Poetic will replace that unit as long as it falls within the warranty constraints. This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic wears discoloring or other flaws due to normal use, accidents, improper use and modification to the product renders this warranty null and void.
Poetic's Three-Year Limited Warranty does not warrant or cover, and is not responsible for damage or loss to any product made by any manufacturer other than Poetic, including but not limited to device damage or loss of data; promotional items; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Poetic. Poetic's Three-Year Limited Warranty is not valid for purchases from Unauthorized Poetic Sellers. Please purchase Poetic products in NEW condition from our Authorized Poetic Sellers listed below. Poetic's Three-Year Limited Warranty does not warrant or cover USED products purchased from any of the approved resellers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL POETIC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "COMPANY") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY POETIC PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEVICE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF COMPANY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To receive warranty service, please submit an RMA request below. Poetic's warranty service does not cover international shipping costs. For international shipping costs, the buyer is responsible. Original proof of purchase is required to complete your warranty service request.

To process a return for a credit please submit an RMA request below.
• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase
• All returns must be post-marked with an authorized RMA # within 10 days of RMA authorization
• Return for credit must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from PoeticCases.com
• To be able to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Poetic does not cover international shipping costs. For international shipping costs, the buyer is responsible.
• For damaged or defective products a photo submission which clearly shows the product's damage/defect is required with the RMA form.
• All returns have a 20% restocking fee
• For all non-defective returns the customer is responsible for all shipping fees

To finalize your RMA request please include the statement with your name above to acknowledge the terms and conditions of the RMA approval.
After submitting your form, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If approved, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.
